A GOOD STRATEGY:
In making raspados, all possible combinations made by the customer are valid ones. A key razon why one must have all flavors at hand as a good strategy that helps increasing the sales.
A GOOD EXAMPLES:
You will not be able to serve a diablito or volcan raspado if you don't have mango, chamoy and tamarind syrup flavors; others will prefer peach instead of mango or replaced mango with plum.
Strawberry and coconut combination or strawberry and lechera (sweetened milk) or may be strawberry and vanilla flavor, are populare combinations as well.
Little ones at home may prefer a single flavor, like lime or grape raspado flavor.
Big guys will probably ask for kalhua (cofee flavor) or rompope (eggnug) flavors.
